Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Isotrek or purchasing Isotrek products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Isotrek or to purchase Isotrek products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Isotrek.  Returns / Exchanges

Returns are only accepted within 20 days of purchase. Product must be in a new, unused resellable condition and include all original packaging material. All Katadyn and Optimus products are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless they are exchanged for the same product. Returns are at the customers expense. Isotrek is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend you return items and get a delivery confirmation or require a signature. Returns will not be accepted unless an RMA has been issued. To obtain an RMA, contact us for more information using the Contact form on this site.

Limitation of Liability

This site and the information presented materials and products on this site are provided "as is". Isotrek does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server host that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.


Isotrek shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Isotrek has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


 

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Isotrek product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Isotrek reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Isotrek reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Isotrek shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


 

Termination of Terms

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Isotrek without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.


 

Providing Notice

Isotrek may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Isotrek.


 

Member Account, Password, and Security

If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Isotrek immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Isotrek will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Isotrek or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.


 

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of this website, you will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Isotrek server, or the network(s) connected to any Isotrek server, or interfere with any other party's use of this website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Isotrek or affiliated websites, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Isotrek server through hacking, password mining or any other means.
